Custom Facial Prosthetics for Veterans
We proudly work directly with the Veterans Administration on your behalf to make the process simple, affordable, and hassle-free!
Here’s how it works – in 5 Easy Steps!

1 Step One

Visit your nearest VA clinic to request a referral to see a an ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat physician) or Ophthalmologist (Eye physician) regarding your facial prosthetic needs.

2 Step Two

The ENT or Ophthalmologist evaluates your condition and contacts our office to coordinate care and request a quote.

3 Step Three

We provide a detailed quote to cover the costs of your facial prosthetic rehabilitation and coordinate directly with the VA Contracting Office (KO) to obtain a purchase order for your care.

4 Step Four

As soon as we receive the purchase order from the KO approving your medical necessity for the Custom Prosthesis, we contact you directly and schedule an appointment to see us at your earliest convenience.

5 Step Five

Our maxillofacial prosthetists fit you in your beautiful new custom prosthesis. We then coordinate directly with the VA to ensure your case is properly closed out with your physician’s approval. Enjoy your new prosthesis!
